Philips VisaPure Facial Cleansing Brush - I've been using this consistently for the last 4 months and I love it! It claims to get your face 6 x cleaner in just 1 minute of use and honestly... I would agree! I've always struggled with having breakouts and temperamental skin, especially in those early postpartum days where your hormones are all over the place. It keeps my skin feeling and looking fresh, clean and clear. The battery life is amazing too, I use it twice a day, every day and I've only charged it twice in the 4 months that I've owned it. It's currently available on Amazon for £36.99 which is cheaper than a lot of other similar products, whilst still having the confidence that comes from buying something with a recognised brand. I would 100% recommend this to anyone who wanted to up their skincare routine.
Facial Cleanser - I've been using the Neutrogena Clear & Defend facial wash for a few months now and I'm pretty impressed with it. It keeps my skin clear and fresh, and removes excess oils without making my skin overly dry. I have pretty sensitive skin which is prone to having bad reaction, but I've never had any issues with this. Another thing which is great about it is that it's not overly scented either, it just smells really fresh!
Moisturiser - Again, because my skin is sensitive, I swapped and changed my moisturiser over the years to find ones that work for me and don't cause my face to break out into a reaction. The one I'm using at the moment does the job well for me, it's affordable, soothing and genuinely packs a punch in the moisturising department! This one is the Garnier Skin Active Rose Soothing 48hr moisturiser. Although it's called the 'rose moisturiser' I haven't found it to be overly scented and you don't need a lot of product to be able to do a lot of work! The only downside for me is that, as well as the plastic tube that the product actually comes in, it's also sold in a cardboard box- which seems a little unnecessary to me. Although because it is cardboard, at least you can recycle it.
Serum- I hadn't really tried a serum until I was given some of the Avon Anew Radiance Maximising Serum (Vitamin C) to try; like I say, I like to keep it simple! However, I was definitely surprised by how this product made my skin look and feel. It gives you a definite boost of radiance and gives your skin a dewy glow. I'm 100% a fan of this. On top of the way that it makes your skin look and feel, the packaging makes this seem much more expensive than it actually is, it comes in a coloured glass bottle with a metal effect dispensing pump- giving it a luxury feel for only £20!
